Hyaluronic acid (HA) is widely distributed in human connective tissue, and its unique biological physicochemical properties ability to facilitate structure repair make it a promising candidate for three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting the field of tissue regeneration biomedical engineering. Moreover, HA an ideal raw material bioinks engineering because histocompatibility, non-immunogenicity, biodegradability, anti-inflammatory properties, anti-angiogenic modifiability. Tissue multidisciplinary focusing on vitro reconstructions mammalian tissues, such as cartilage engineering, neural skin other areas that require further clinical applications. In this review, we first describe modification methods, cross-linking strategies derivatives then critically discuss strengths, shortcomings, feasibility each method. Confusing low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (LMWHA) from degradation and enzymatic hydrolysis (named LMWHA–A LMWHA–E, respectively) will lead to health hazards commercial risks. The purpose of this work is analyze the structural differences between then achieve a fast accurate classification based on near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy machine learning. First, we combined nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, two-dimensional correlated NIR (2DCOS), aquaphotomics LMWHA–E. Second, compared dimensionality reduction methods including principal component analysis (PCA), kernel PCA (KPCA), t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding (t-SNE). Finally, in effect traditional learning partial least squares–discriminant (PLS-DA), support vector (SVC), random forest (RF) as well deep one-dimensional convolutional neural network (1D-CNN) long short-term memory (LSTM) were compared. results showed that genetic algorithm (GA)–SVC RF best performers learning, but their highest accuracy test dataset was 90%, while 1D-CNN LSTM models training 100%. study show with better for Our research provides new methodological reference rapid biological macromolecules.

Oligosaccharides have the potential to act as prebiotics and can be obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of polysaccharides. Sphingans are exopolysaccharides, including gellan, welan, diutan, which synthesized genus Sphingomonas. Sphingan lyase (SpnR) has attracted a great deal interest due its ability produce oligosaccharides through degradation sphingans. However, there few reports on catalytic mechanism hydrolysate analysis SpnR. Here, SpnR from Sphingomonas sp. HT-1 was heterologously expressed in Escherichia coli. The optimal temperature pH purified were 35 °C 7.2, respectively. good alkali resistance relatively mild optimum temperature. Na+ Fe3+ increased activities, contrast Zn2+ EDTA. could degrade sphingans, most suitable substrate welan. Analysis cleavage pattern revealed that acts specifically β-1,4-glycosidic bond obtain minimum trisaccharide sphingan (SpnOS). gut microbiota vitro showed SpnOS caused substantial modification intestinal microbiota, characterized an augmented proliferation beneficial bacterial populations, notably Bacteroides Lactobacillus.
