The growing demand for sustainable and high-performance materials has driven the need eco-friendly alternatives in coatings polymer industries. This study introduces a novel approach to enhancing epoxy using chitosan-based polycarbamate derivatives synthesized via nonisocyanate route, offering safer more pathway generating isocyanates. successful formation of isocyanate from was confirmed by experimental techniques such as CO2 evolution, TGA, DSC, along with theoretical validation Dmol3 transition state analysis. generated improved mechanical, chemical, thermal properties made diglycidyl ether bisphenol A (DGEBA) triethylenetetramine (TETA). Cure time analysis showed that incorporating chitosan-blocked significantly increased cross-linking density, resulting than twice tensile strength modified films (51 MPa) compared unmodified ones (24 MPa). Additionally, exhibited better flexibility, stiffness, chemical resistance, UV stability, lower surface wettability. system presents scalable, cost-effective solution industries seeking greener protective coatings, adhesives, advanced applications. The current research is devoted to the development and characterization of green antimicrobial polymer biocomposites for food packaging applications. were developed by melt compounding on basis two different succinate matrices with varying chain stiffness—polybutylene (PBS) or its copolymer 20 mol.% polybutylene adipate (PBSA). Fungi chitosan oligosaccharide (C98) crustacean (C95) used as additives. rheological properties determined clear out most suitable temperature processing. Increasingly, insects are heralded as a sustainable and efficacious solution to global challenges of malnutrition protein scarcity. The Food Agriculture Organization (FAO) advocates for the use substitute conventional animal‐based proteins, in response escalating pressures on natural resources environment. This study focuses Nudaurelia dione , exploring its nutritional antinutritional profiles through rigorous laboratory analyses employing standardized methodologies. Our findings establish that N. is potent source macronutrients, providing significant quantities lipids, carbohydrates, with calculated energy content 413.64 ± 13.32 kcal per 100 g dry matter (DM). lipid fraction particularly rich essential fatty acids, including α ‐linolenic linoleic acids. Additionally, insect species contains high levels minerals such calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium. Despite these benefits, presence considerable amounts phytates (2059.96 5.12 mg DM) poses potential health risks.
