Abstract It is imminent to develop phosphors with multiple stimuli responses due the increasing demand on anti‐counterfeiting and information encryption technologies. Here, a zero dimensional (0D) organic–inorganic hybrid (DPPE) 2 MnBr 4 ·H O (DPPE = 4,4‐Difluoropiperidine, 1 ), which emits green light exhibits reversible thermo‐ vapor‐luminescence heat organic solvents reported. Specifically, when heated above 100 °C for 30 s, transforms into yellow‐emitting . Upon exposure dichloromethane (DCM), it red‐emitting 3 Experimental analysis reveals that Mn 2+ ‐Mn magnetic coupling interactions coordination configuration transformation are responsible obvious switching of photoluminescence. Owing its extraordinary triple‐mode characteristics, enabling luminescence‐adjustable transformations such as yellow, red, yellow red emission, this metal‐halide promising application in encryption.

Currently, organic–inorganic hybrid cuprous-based halides are receiving substantial attention for their eco-friendliness, distinctive structures, and outstanding photophysical properties. Nevertheless, most of the reported demand deep ultraviolet excitation with a narrow range that can meet commercial requirement. Herein, zero-dimensional (0D) halide (C4H10N)4Cu4I8 single crystals (SCs) were synthesized, an ultrabroad band ranging 260–450 nm greenish-yellow emission peaking at 560 nm. Excitingly, also features large Stokes shift 300 nm, high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) up to 84.66%, long lifetime 137 μs. Furthermore, density functional theory calculations performed explore relationship between structure properties, performance originates from electron interactions in [Cu2I4]2– clusters. Taking advantage broad excellent photoluminescent performances, luminescence characteristic UV-pumped light-emitting diode (LED) device remarkable color stability was fabricated by employing as-synthesized SCs, which present promising applications low-dimensional solid-state lighting.

Abstract Zinc halides have been less explored even though they are a promising lead‐free family with the merits of environmental friendliness and low cost. Here, organic–inorganic hybrid zinc screened aromatic molecules containing amino groups (MXDA: m‐Xylylenediamine, ABI: 2‐Aminobenzimidazole, pipda: 2‐piperidylmethylamine, p‐MPEA: p‐Methylphenethylamine), six new compounds discovered: (MXDA)ZnCl 4 ( 1 ), (ABI) 2 ZnCl (pipda) H OZnCl 3 [(pipda) Zn Br ]·H O (p‐MPEA) 5 ZnBr 6 ). The discovered exhibit diverse efficient light emissions (blue, green, yellow, ultraviolet) under ultraviolet irradiation. By doping Sb Mn at site, exhibits different colors excitation wavelengths, so it is successfully used for anti‐counterfeiting. (MXDA)Zn 0.91 0.09 Cl also found to be an X‐ray scintillator imaging. Among as‐explored phases, maximum photoluminescent quantum yield 82.60% realized, enabling utilization white light‐emitting diodes. results suggest that superior optoelectronic properties, which can multiple applications.

Abstract Organic–inorganic hybrid metal halides are widely used in X‐ray detection and imaging due to their high absorption efficiency, ease of synthesis, efficient luminescence. However, the issue lead toxicity remains a concern. In this study, non‐toxic, 0D 2,2′‐(Ethylenedioxy)bis(ethylamine) manganese (II) bromide (EDBEMnBr 4 ) is synthesized using simple mechanical grinding method solution that exhibits intense green emission at ≈525 nm. Moreover, change structure under influence temperature water significantly affects its fluorescence color UV light. Scintillator materials with without moisture exposure showed spatial resolutions 7 lp mm −1 , low limits 4.62 5.25 µGy air s respectively, meeting medical industry standards (<5.5 ). Furthermore, based on apparent luminescence triggered by for EDBEMnBr preliminary attempt made apply it humidity monitoring showing boundary has good linear dependence time. This work provides new opportunities Mn‐based both as well detection.
