Currently, organic–inorganic hybrid cuprous-based halides are receiving substantial attention for their eco-friendliness, distinctive structures, and outstanding photophysical properties. Nevertheless, most of the reported demand deep ultraviolet excitation with a narrow range that can meet commercial requirement. Herein, zero-dimensional (0D) halide (C4H10N)4Cu4I8 single crystals (SCs) were synthesized, an ultrabroad band ranging 260–450 nm greenish-yellow emission peaking at 560 nm. Excitingly, also features large Stokes shift 300 nm, high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) up to 84.66%, long lifetime 137 μs. Furthermore, density functional theory calculations performed explore relationship between structure properties, performance originates from electron interactions in [Cu2I4]2– clusters. Taking advantage broad excellent photoluminescent performances, luminescence characteristic UV-pumped light-emitting diode (LED) device remarkable color stability was fabricated by employing as-synthesized SCs, which present promising applications low-dimensional solid-state lighting.

The discovered exhibit diverse efficient light emissions (blue, green, yellow, ultraviolet) under ultraviolet irradiation. By doping Sb Mn at site, exhibits different colors excitation wavelengths, so it is successfully used for anti‐counterfeiting. (MXDA)Zn 0.91 0.09 Cl also found to be an X‐ray scintillator imaging. Among as‐explored phases, maximum photoluminescent quantum yield 82.60% realized, enabling utilization white light‐emitting diodes. results suggest that superior optoelectronic properties, which can multiple applications.

Organic-inorganic metal hybrids with their tailorable lattice dimensionality and intrinsic spin-splitting properties are interesting material platforms for spintronic applications. While the spin decoherence process is extensively studied in lead- tin-based hybrids, these systems generally show short lifetimes, correlation framework still not well-understood. Herein, we synthesized magnetic manganese hybrid single crystals of (4-fluorobenzylamine)2MnCl4, ((R)-3-fluoropyrrolidinium)MnCl3, (pyrrolidinium)2MnCl4, which represent a change from 2D 1D to 0D, processes using continuous-wave electron resonance spectroscopy. All exhibit nanosecond-scale time τ2 dominated by symmetry-directed exchange interaction strengths Mn2+-Mn2+ pairs, much longer than hybrids. In contrast similar temperature variation laws 0D structures, first increase gradually drop afterward, structure presents monotonous rise temperatures, indicating strong rigidity inorganic framework. This also rationalized on basis that governed competitive contributions motional narrowing (prolonging τ2) electron-phonon coupling (shortening τ2), both thermally activated, difference former more pronounced rigid crystalline lattices.
