Point-of-care (POC) tests increasingly highlight the importance of portable, cost-effective, and visually quantitative detection biomarkers. Herein, we developed a power-free visual signal-readout POC sensor based on target-triggered ultrafast gelation process. In process, target triggered cascade reaction catalyzed by oxidase ferrous glycinate to produce carbon radicals that immediately initiated rapid polymerization cross-linking acryloylated chondroitin sulfate dimethylacrylamide. This highly efficient enzymatic process contributed generation hydrogel within 1 min at 25 °C. The increase in viscosity aqueous solution resulted from formation was then measured according distance migration tick-labeled pH test strip, which thus realized quantification target. By utilizing glucose as an model during this successfully employed without need for any auxiliary instruments. Benefiting specificity stability reaction, exhibited excellent performance clinical blood samples. Moreover, further extended uric acid enabled accurate assay urine samples, indicated versatility practicability test.
