Brassica
oleracea

(broccoli),

cabbage
family,
is
abundant
with
many
nutrients,
including
vitamins,
potassium,
fiber,
minerals,
and
phytochemicals.
Consequently,
it
has
been
used
as
functional
food
additive
to
reduce
oxidative
stress
inflammatory
responses.

current
study,
effects
sulforaphane-rich
broccoli
sprout
extract
(BSE)
on
