Glyphosate
is
a
widely
used
broad-spectrum
herbicide
in
agriculture
and
horticulture
to
control
variety
of
weeds
undesirable
plants.
However,
the
excessive
use
glyphosate
has
raised
number
environmental
human
health
concerns.
It
urgent
develop
tools
detect
glyphosate.
Herein,
novel
dual-signal
probe
CCU-Cu2+
was
designed
synthesized
on
basis
CCU.
CCU
exhibited
excellent
selectivity
great
sensitivity
for
Cu2+
which
were
based
both
fluorescence
"turn-off"
reaction
comparative
color
visualisation
methods.
Due
strong
chelating
ability
Cu2+,
complex
applied
detection
practical
samples.
The
experimental
results
vitro
showed
that
highly
selective
rapid,
with
low
limit
(1.6
μM),
could
be
recognised
by
naked
eye
Based
properties

we
also
constructed
smartphone-assisted
sensing

advantages

sensitivity,
high

immunity.
