Zusammenfassung Theoretischer Hintergrund In Reaktion auf die durch „coronavirus disease 2019“ (COVID-19) verursachte Pandemie konnte Psychotherapie im Einzelsetting in Deutschland unbegrenzt online durchgeführt werden. Haltungen und Erfahrungen von Psychotherapeuten (PT) bezüglich Onlinetherapie (OT) wurden jedoch allgemein besonders mit Blick Pandemiesituation bislang wenig untersucht. Ziel der Arbeit Ziele Studie waren, 1) Nutzungshäufigkeit OT während des ersten Lockdowns, 2) Zufriedenheit vs. „Face-to-face“-Therapie sowie 3) Technologieakzeptanz -erfahrung insgesamt Abhängigkeit vom Richtlinienverfahren zu untersuchen. Material Methode Deutsche PT (approbiert Ausbildung; verhaltenstherapeutisch [VT, 45,6 %], tiefenpsychologisch [TP, 34,5 analytisch [AP, 14 systemisch [SYS, 5,8 %]) mithilfe einer Onlineerhebung demografischen therapeutischen Daten, durchgeführter OT, Face-to-face-Therapie (Zufriedenheitsfragebogens für Therapeuten, ZUF-THERA) (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology 2 Questionnaire, UTAUT) befragt. Ergebnisse Die 174 teilnehmenden Therapeuten (Alter M = 44,73 Jahre, SD ± 12,79; 81,6 % Frauen) gaben an, dass durchschnittliche Anteil an gesamten Tätigkeit Lockdowns 43,09 betrug, wobei sich signifikante Unterschiede zwischen den zeigten (TP, VT > AP). erwies als signifikant niedriger Face-to-face-Therapien unterschied Verfahren nicht. Vorerfahrungen hatten 23,6 vermehrt arbeitende Vergleich VT- oder AP-Therapeuten. Verhaltenstherapeuten häufiger Spaß haben, TP- APler. Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic and associated containment measures have massively changed the daily lives of billions children adolescents worldwide. To investigate global longitudinal effects on various mental health outcomes over a period 1.5 years, we conducted scoping review in accordance with guidelines Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses extension Scoping (PRISMA-ScR). We included peer-reviewed articles from PubMed, Web Science, APA PsycInfo that were published between December 2019 2021, followed or repeated cross-sectional design, quantitatively assessed clinical questionnaires effect related stressor indicators community samples adolescents. results our qualitative analysis 69 studies indicate general trend less psychological well-being more problems, such as heightened stress, depressive anxiety symptoms during pandemic. Abstract Several studies have linked the COVID-19 pandemic to unfavorable mental health outcomes. However, we know little about long-term changes in due so far. As a multidimensional and universal stressor, the COVID-19 pandemic negatively affected mental health of children, adolescents, adults worldwide. In particular, families faced numerous restrictions challenges. From literature, it is well known that parental problems child outcomes are associated. Hence, this review aims to summarize current research on associations symptoms during pandemic. We conducted systematic literature search in Web Science (all databases) identified 431 records, which 83 articles with data over 80,000 were included 38 meta-analyses. A total 25 meta-analyses resulted significant small medium between (r = 0.19 0.46, p < 0.05). Abstract. The COVID-19 pandemic is one of the most serious health and economic crises 21st century. From a psychological point view, its consequences can be conceptualized as multidimensional potentially toxic stressor for mental in general population. This selective literature review provides an overview longitudinal studies published until June 2021 that have investigated impact on European Risk protective factors identified are summarized. Zusammenfassung Hintergrund Seit Beginn der COVID-19-Pandemie mehren sich Befunde zu ihrem negativen Einfluss auf die psychische Gesundheit von Kindern und Jugendlichen. Bisher ist jedoch wenig darüber bekannt, ob wie dies psychotherapeutische Versorgung Jugendlichen niederschlägt. Ziel Arbeit Die Situation sowie ihre seit sollen aus Sicht Kinder- JugendlichenpsychotherapeutInnen (KJP) erfasst werden. Material Methoden Es wurden 324 KJP Deutschland in einer Online-Umfrage gebeten, letzten 6 Monate mit einem 6‑monatigen Zeitraum vor 2 Jahren vergleichen. Fünf- 7‑stufige Likert-Skalen, Fragen Mehr- Einfachauswahl numerische ein freies Antwortformat verwendet. Ergebnisse Pandemiebeginn haben Wartezeiten nahezu verdoppelt. werden mehr Behandlungsstunden angeboten, v. a. Erstgespräche durchgeführt. Therapieverlängerungen kommen häufiger, -abbrüche seltener vor. Bei Hälfte PatientInnen eine pandemieassoziierte Symptomverschlechterung aufgetreten. Alle erfragten psychischen Störungen treten z. T. deutlich häufiger (v. Depressionen, Angststörungen, Medienabhängigkeit, Schlaf‑, Anpassungs‑, Zwangs- Essstörungen). erfolgen Telefon- Videositzungen als Pandemie.
