This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of three–way hybrid sheep and Hu on serum indicators, rumen fermentation, enzyme activity, microorganisms in sheep. Healthy similar birth weights from three groups (Hu, n = 11; Charolais × Australian White Hu, CAH, Dorper CDH, 11) were selected be fed by ewes until 45 days age. It has been questioned whether Streptococcus mutans can still be considered the major etiological agent for caries. The main argument is that most evidence based on single-species identification. composition of oral microbiome was not analyzed. This systemic review aims to assess prevalence and abundance S. in caries-active (CA) caries-free (CF) subjects clinical studies which investigated. Three databases (PubMed, Cochrane, Embase) were searched until May 22, 2023, eligible publications included CA CF reported detection both microbial community, using DNA-based methods. outcomes summarized further analyzed a random-effects model. Of 22 studies, 3 excluded due high risk bias. This cohort study prospectively recruited adult two-dose recipients from three vaccination centers in Hong Kong. Blood samples were collected at baseline day 180 after first dose, tested for neutralizing antibodies (NAb) against receptor-binding domain (RBD) of wild type SARS-CoV-2 virus using chemiluminescence immunoassay. Shotgun DNA metagenomic sequencing was performed to characterize stool microbiome. Baseline metabolites measured by gas liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS LC-MS/MS). Primary outcome persistent high NAb response (defined as top 25% level) 180. Putative bacterial species metabolic pathways identified linear discriminant analysis [LDA] effect size analysis. Multivariable logistic regression adjusting clinical factors used derive adjusted odds ratio (aOR) metabolites. Considering the sensitivity of rare microbial taxa to environmental disturbances and their critical roles in ecosystems, it is essential investigate how soil communities (particularly microbes) respond pesticide exposure. In this study, we found that thiazole pesticides significantly reduced severity potato common scab effectively disrupted pathogen's cell membrane integrity. Notably, hierarchical partitioning analysis indicated geocaulosphere constitute key clusters influencing disease incidence. Within bacterial molecular ecological networks, nodes corresponding these generally exhibited higher degrees compared those more abundant taxa.
