Covid-19
disease
is

symptoms

fatigue.
Approximately
10%
of
those
infected
complain
persistent
fatigue
even
many
months
after
end
acute
phase
disease.
This
gives
rise
to
a
condition
different
from
previous
one
commonly
known
as
'post-acute
COVID-19
syndrome'
or
simply
Long-COVID.
Although
origin
multifactorial,

prolonged
observed
in
Long-COVID
syndrome
suggests
existence
possible
atrophy
rather
sarcopenia.
Under
these
conditions,
use
physical
activity
programs
can
effectively
counteract
underlying
phenomena
observed.
If

Abstract
The
coronavirus
disease
2019
(COVID-19)
has

global
pandemic

than
2
years
and
it
still
impacts
our
daily
lifestyle
quality
in
unprecedented
ways.
A
better
understanding
of
immunity

regulation
response
to
SARS-CoV-2
infection
is
urgently
needed.
Based
on
the
current
literature,
we
review
here
various
virus
mutations
evolving
manifestations
along
with
alterations

responses

response,
neutrophil

cellular
immunity.
