homeostasis

explored

genome-wide
scale.
Herein,
we
investigated
factor-driven
transcriptional
changes
murine
bone
marrow-derived
macrophages
by
RNA
sequencing.
In
silico
analyses
revealed
selective
time-dependent
remodeling
gene
expression
programs
associated
with
lipid
metabolism
cell
activation.
Accordingly,
subset
factor-upregulated
transcripts
related
cholesterol
internalization
was
validated
real-time
quantitative
polymerase
chain
reaction.

accompanied
factor-enhanced
