Despite enormous development in the field of drug development, cancer still remains elusive. Compromised immunity stands as a roadblock to successful pharmacological execution anti-cancer drugs used clinically currently. Recently some breakthrough treatment strategy like nano-formulation, extracellular vesicles treatment, natural antioxidant therapy, targeted immunotherapy, gene thermal ablation and magnetic hyperthermia, pathomics radiomics has been developed tested pre-clinically well clinically. However, clinical efficacy such therapies is yet establish are too costly be utilized by patients from poor developing countries. At this juncture, researchers heading towards search medicines sources that higher safety margin multitarget compared conventional treatments. Mushroom traditionally food since time immemorial due its immunomodulatory effect which loaded with proteins, low fat content cholesterol. Mushrooms recommended one best vegetarian diets for immunosuppressed HIV/AIDS patients. well-known their activity impacts hematopoietic stem cells, lymphocytes, macrophages, T dendritic cells (DCs), killer (NK) immune system. This comprehensive review article emphasizes on molecular mechanisms genesis, therapy reported significant selected species mushrooms bioactive phytoconstituents followed brief discussion recent metallic nanoparticles mushrooms.

Hyaluronan (HA) is a natural glycosaminoglycan present in many tissues of all vertebrates. HA has various biological functions, which are dependent on its molar mass. High-molar-mass anti-angiogenic, immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory properties, while low-molar-mass opposite effects. also antioxidative however the other hand it can be readily degraded by reactive oxygen species. For years been used treatment osteoarthritis, cosmetics ophthalmology. In last there growing interest to applied fields medicine such as skin wound healing, tissue engineering, dentistry gene delivery. this review we summarize information modes administration, properties effects including recent progress investigation HA.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a linear polysaccharide and crucial component of the extracellular matrix (ECM), maintaining tissue hydration tension. Moreover, HA contributes to embryonic development, healing, inflammation, cancerogenesis. This review summarizes new research on metabolism interactions with its binding proteins, known as hyaladherins (CD44, RHAMM), revealing molecular basis for distinct biological function in development cancer. The presence surface tumor cells sign an adverse prognosis. involvement malignancy has been extensively investigated using cancer-free naked mole rats model. metabolic components are examined their potential impact promoting or inhibiting formation, proliferation, invasion, metastatic spread. High weight associated homeostasis protective action due ability preserve integrity. In contrast, low indicates pathological condition plays role pro-oncogenic activity. A systematic approach might uncover processes related cancer growth, establish novel prognostic indicators, identify targets treatment action.
