Abstract
Utilization
of
small
molecules
as
passivation
materials
for
perovskite
solar
cells
(PSCs)
has
gained
significant
attention
recently,
with
hundreds
demonstrating
effects.
In
this
study,
a
high‐accuracy
machine
learning
model
is
established
to
identify
the
dominant
molecular
traits
influencing
and
efficiently
screen
excellent
among
molecules.
To
address
challenge
limited
available
dataset,
novel
evaluation
method
called
random‐extracted
recoverable
cross‐validation
(RE‐RCV)
proposed,
which
ensures
more
precise
reduced
error.
Among
31
examined
features,
dipole
moment
identified,
hydrogen
bond
acceptor
count,
HOMO‐LUMO
gap
affecting
passivation,
offering
valuable
guidance
selection
The
predictions
are
experimentally
validate
three
representative
molecules:
4‐aminobenzenesulfonamide,
4‐Chloro‐2‐hydroxy‐5‐sulfamoylbenzoic
acid,
Phenolsulfonphthalein,
exhibit
capability
increase
absolute
efficiency
values
by
over
2%,
champion
25.41%.
This
highlights
its
potential
expedite
advancements
in
PSCs.

Constructing
low-dimensional/three-dimensional
(LD/3D)
perovskite
solar
cells
can
improve
efficiency
and
stability.
However,
the
design
selection
of
LD
capping
materials
are
incredibly
scarce
for
inverted
(PSCs)
because
layers
often
favor
hole
extraction
impede
electron
extraction.
Here,
we
develop
a
facile
effective
strategy
to
modify
surface
by
passivating
defects
modulating
electrical
properties
incorporating
morpholine
hydriodide
(MORI)
thiomorpholine
(SMORI)
on
surface.
Compared
with
PI
treatment
that
previously
developed,
one-dimensional
(1D)
layer
derived
from
is
transformed
into
two-dimensional
(2D)
(with
MORI
or
SMORI),
achieving
dimension
regulation.
It
shown
2D
SMORI
induces
more
robust
passivation
stronger
n–N
homotype
2D/3D
heterojunctions,
p–i–n
cell
an
24.55%,
which
retains
87.6%
its
initial
after
1500
h
operation
at
maximum
power
point
(MPP).
Furthermore,
5
×
cm2
mini-modules
presented,
active-area
22.28%.

Recently,
there
has
been
an
extensive
focus
on
inverted
perovskite
solar
cells
(PSCs)
with
a
p-i-n
architecture
due
to
their
attractive
advantages,

exceptional
stability,
high

and
compatibility

architectures,

in

Single-junction
perovskite-silicon
(TSCs)

PCEs

26.15%

promise

commercial
applications.

expedite
real-world
applications,
it
is
crucial
investigate
the
key
challenges

enhancement.

Abstract
The
main
obstacles
to
promoting
the
commercialization
of
perovskite
solar
cells
(PSCs)
include
their
record
power
conversion
efficiency
(PCE),
which
still
remains
below
Shockley–Queisser
limit,
and
poor
long‐term
stability,
attributable
crystallographic
defects
in
films
open‐circuit
voltage
(
V
oc
)
loss
devices.
In
this
study,
potassium
(4‐tert‐butoxycarbonylpiperazin‐1‐yl)
methyl
trifluoroborate
(PTFBK)
was
employed
as
a
multifunctional
additive
target
modulate
bulk
carrier
dynamics
PSCs.
Apart
from
simultaneously
passivating
anionic
cationic
defects,
PTFBK
could
also
optimize
energy‐level
alignment
devices
weaken
interaction
between
carriers
longitudinal
optical
phonons,
resulting
lifetime
greater
than
3
μs.
Furthermore,
it
inhibited
non‐radiative
recombination
improved
crystallization
capacity
film.
Hence,
rigid
flexible
p‐i‐n
PSCs
yielded
champion
PCEs
24.99
%
23.48
%,
respectively.
More
importantly,
due
hydrogen
bonding
formamidinium
fluorine,
exhibited
remarkable
thermal,
humidity,
operational
tracking
at
maximum
point
stabilities.

Abstract
Interfacial
engineering
of
perovskite
films
has
been
the
main
strategies
in
improving
efficiency
and
stability
solar
cells
(PSCs).
In
this
study,
three
new
donor‐acceptor
(D–A)‐type
interfacial
dipole
(DAID)
molecules
with
hole‐transporting
different
anchoring
units
are
designed
employed
PSCs.
The
formation
interface
dipoles
by
DAID
on
film
can
efficiently
modulate
energy
level
alignment,
improve
charge
extraction,
reduce
non‐radiative
recombination.
Among
molecules,
TPA‐BAM
amide
group
exhibits
best
chemical
optoelectrical
properties,
achieving
a
champion
PCE
25.29
%
enhanced
open‐circuit
voltage
1.174
V
fill
factor
84.34
%,
due
to
reduced
defect
density
improved
hole
extraction.
Meanwhile,
operational
unencapsulated
device
significantly

Perovskite

(PSCs)

Abstract
In
the
domain
of
perovskite
photovoltaics,
heterointerfaces
are
subject
to
substantial
trap‐assisted
non‐radiative
recombination,
predominantly
attributed
energy
offset,
interface
defects,

roughness
contact.

phenomenon
at
heterointerfaces,
where
carrier
recombination
dissipation
occur
due
defects
suboptimal

alignment,
can
be
principally
held
accountable
for

Herein,

heterointerface
energetics
regulation
(HER)
strategy
is
proposed
by
introducing
potassium
trifluoroacetate
(KTFA)
in
precursor
solution
eliminate
trap
optimize
surface
potential
Fermi
level.

first
demonstrated
that
non‐doping
K
+
but
precipitating
upper
buried
will
improve
energy‐level
alignment

extraction

Perovskite
solar
cells
(PSCs)
that

two-dimensional
(2D)

phases
possess
the
potential
to
combine
high
stability
of
2D
PSCs
with
superior
efficiency
3D
PSCs.
Here,
we
demonstrated
in
situ
phase
reconstruction
2D/3D
perovskites
using
a
perovskite
single-crystal-assisted
method.
A
gradient
distribution
RP
was
formed
after
spin-coating
solution
Ruddlesden–Popper
(RP)
single
crystal,
(DFP)2PbI4,
onto
surface,
followed
by
thermal
annealing.
The
resulting
film
exhibits
much
reduced
trap
density,
increased
carrier
mobility,
water
resistance.
As
result,
optimized
achieved
champion
24.87%
open-circuit
voltage
(VOC)
1.185
V.
This
performance
surpasses
control
device,
which
an
22.43%
VOC
1.129
Importantly,
unencapsulated
device
demonstrates
significantly
enhanced
operational
stability,

over
97%
its
original
continuous
light
irradiation
for
1500

Grain
boundaries

surface

3,4-DpACl
material

smoother
film
along
with
reduction
of
residual
lead
iodide
but
also
brings
passivation
effect
from

chemical
interaction
between
C═O
3,4-DpACI
molecules
uncoordinated
Pb2+
ions
material.
In
addition,
employing
tailors
energy
levels
layer
reduces
mismatch
valence
band
hole
(HTL).
Overall,
3,4-DpACl-contained
records
champion
efficiency
21.17%
for
optimized
solar
cells
(PSCs).
triple-cation
PSCs
show
higher
stability
against
humidity
irradiance.
They
maintain
83%
their
original
power
conversion
(PCE)
after
1600
h
exposure
ambient
air
level
35–40%.
Furthermore,
1056
irradiance
simulated
sunlight
environment,
they
retain
81.6%
initial
PCE.

solar
cell
