Background: Chemerin is a small adipokine that activated and inactivated by proteolysis of its C-terminus with role in regulating metabolism, immunity, inflammation. Abstract Magic angle spinning solid‐state NMR (MAS ssNMR) is a versatile tool for studying the structure and dynamics of membrane proteins, as well their interactions with ligands drugs. Its power lies in ability to provide atomic‐level information on samples under physiological‐like conditions. Moreover, it can illuminate across wide range timescales great relevance protein function dysfunction.
