Background : Evidence-based 24-hour movement guidelines have been developed to integrate recommendations for time spent on moderate vigorous physical activity (MVPA), screen (ST), and sleep. This study investigated the adherence explored relationship with health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in adolescents. Methods Cross-sectional findings are based 1774 adolescents (49.1% female) aged 13–16 years from Shenyang region China. MVPA, ST, sleep duration were self-reported using International Physical Activity Questionnaire, an ST questionnaire, a wake–sleep questionnaire. HRQoL was measured Pediatric Quality Life Inventory, which encompasses physical, psychosocial, total HRQoL. Adherence classified by meeting general (eg, none, 1, 2, 3 guidelines) specific combinations MVPA within recommendations. Associations examined linear models adjusted age, sex, parents’ education. Results A 5.1% sample met all three guidelines. Recognizing the established link between social determinants of health, such as support, good governance, and perceived discrimination, individual mental this study aims to delve deeper into specific relationships within Iranian adult population. It seeks elucidate potential mediating role quality life in association health disorders (MHDs) these factors. This cross-sectional employed path analysis investigate MHDs among 725 adults Tabriz, Northwest Iran. Data collection occurred March September 2022, utilizing a multi-stage cluster sampling approach. Good MHDs, were assessed using valid questionnaires. Statistical was conducted SPSS-24 Lisrel-8 software, with significance level set at p < 0.05. found that nearly 70.0% participants reported experiencing problems. The showed governance had significant indirect negative effect on via (β = -0.05; P 0.05). Major racial discrimination positive relationship direct paths 0.24; 0.01). This study determined the Quality of life Palestinian university students and its associated factors. A total 173 were included in this cross-sectional study. The collected data were; QoL, lifestyle, dietary pattern, demographic data. results revealed, physical domain was with younger age, screen time activity, while environmental domain. Students' sleep problems significantly lower QoL scores both psychological domains. Less studying, napping during days more family income improved QoL. In conclusion, sociodemographic style factors students' Exploring that influence will aid development supportive programmes policies to improve QOL shape their country's future. further effort is needed establish promote knowledge about lifestyle among students.
