Abstract An important aspect of the treatment chronic cases diabetes is enhancement insulin secretion with a decrease in intestinal glucose absorption. In this study, prepared alcoholic Catharanthus roseus flower extract‐fabricated zinc oxide nanoparticles (FZNPs) were characterized by UV–vis spectrometer, dynamic light scattering (DLS), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) instruments antihyperglycemic properties tested at molecular level silico method. The synthesis FZNPs possible, characterization report showed that they have maximum optical 361 nm, small grain size (15.68 nm), negative zeta potential (hydrophilic nature). hexagonal structure are surrounded several functional groups. result supports related structures, as well Zn (II) diisophthalate vindoline, good ADMET properties. Zn(II) lead interaction alpha‐glucosidase has binding affinity ‐6.3 kcal/mol, whereas vindoline KATP ‐7.4 kcal/mol. synthesized ability to inhibit targets block ion channel beta cells. reduce absorption promote secretion, so can effectively manage hyperglycaemic condition patients.

Green routes for the bio-designing of bicomponent nanocomposites and their utilizations have attracted many investigators. Bio-designing CuO@ZnO was performed using spent mushroom substrate (SMS). Ultraviolet-spectrophotometry, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), besides diffraction (XRD) were exploited to characterize synthesized CuO@ZnO. The dimensions ranged from 31.4 95.9 nm. Both FT-IR EDX analyses displayed presence some organic constituents SMS that joined surface fabricated nanocomposite. nanocomposite succeeded in inhibiting Candida albicans with an inhibition zone 33.5 ± 2 mm. C. biofilm affected by 25.08, 68.70, 88.56% at 25, 50, 75% minimum inhibitory concentration, respectively. Molecular docking studies showed substantial binding affinities, as well common hydrogen bonds. Optimum sites CuO ZnO nanoparticles found affinities interactions 4YDE, 3DRA, 1EAG proteins albicans, resulting in, respectively, -2.7942, -3.30097, -2.52129 kcal/mol, -3.78244, -4.6029, -4.1352 kcal/mol values. findings suggest can effectively suppress growth.
