Recent
research
has
shown
that
microglia
exhibit
strong
circadian
rhythms
not
only
actively
regulate
their
own
immune
activity,
but
also
affect
neuronal
function.
Disruptions

been
linked
to
higher
risk
developing
variety
diseases.
In
this
article
we
will
provide
an
overview
how
lifestyle
factors
impact
microglial
function,
with
focus
on
disruptions
caused
by
irregular
sleep-wake
patterns,
reduced
physical
eating
at
wrong
time-of-day.
We
discuss
potential
connection
between
these
factors,
disrupted
rhythms,
role
keeping
brain
health.

Abstract
There
has
been
increasing
interest

smartphone
applications
(apps)

consumer
technology

health
care

a
