The papers included addressed relationship with associated (changes tear volume, osmolarity biochemical composition) symptoms.A total 16 were included. In eight, changes film composition studied after single, acute bout aerobic exercise. another relation habitual practice prescribed programmes. Acute responses included: a) an increase without break-up time; b) trend osmolarity, although within its physiological range; c) reduced concentration several cytokines, other molecular markers inflammation oxidative stress. Nowadays, children and adolescents are exposed to digital media (DM) from an early age. Therefore, specific guidelines have been published by the World Health Organization, whose aim is limit daily screen time (ST) viewing. However, during COVID-19 pandemic, a rise in DM use, consequently ST viewing, was observed. More more aspects of modern life thought be affected excessive Accordingly, this review document health effects viewing on adolescents. A narrative performed searchable databases. In total, 43 original articles were considered. Excessive correlated with increased risk for obesity other cardiometabolic factors, mental health, unhealthy dietary habits eating disorders, problems development child–parent relationships. Sleep, physical activity, eyesight, headaches, musculoskeletal system negatively as well. effect weighted type used way types used. Other confounding factors reported. There evidence suggest negative correlation between youth exists. Nevertheless, research needed if established.

Dry eye disease (DED), a multifactorial ocular that significantly impacts quality of life, is most commonly reported in adults. This review describes the prevalence, risk factors, diagnosis and management DED children. A literature search, conducted from January 2000-December 2022, identified 54 relevant publications. During early childhood, neuronal networks are highly susceptible to environmental factors. Previous research suggests that green space exposure is beneficial for cognitive functioning. Here, we investigate the associations between residential and behavioral problems development in children aged four six years. We included participating ENVIRONAGE birth cohort. Residential spaces were calculated based on high-resolution land cover data within several buffers (50-1,000 m) around residence. The children's behavior was assessed with Strengths Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) among 411 children. In addition, evaluate function, 456 completed tasks of Cambridge Neuropsychological Test Automated Battery (CANTAB). We used multivariate logistic linear regression models while accounting potential confounders covariables. An interquartile (IQR) increase 50 m associated a 38% (95% CI: 56;14) lower odds child having hyperactivity problems. Background: Over the last few decades, time children spend using electronic devices has increased significantly. The aim of study was to evaluate impact screen on dietary behaviors and physical activity in adolescents. Methods: An online survey conducted among parents preschool school-aged during COVID-19 lockdown Poland. There were 3127 surveys used analysis. Results: Survey responses referred 1662 (53%) boys 1465 (47%) girls, with a mean age 12.1 ± 3.4 years. During routine weekday, most (71%) spent >4 h educational activities devices, 43% 1–2 for recreational purposes. majority (89%) exposed screens meals, ate snacks between main meals (77%). an association exposure performing activity. Conclusions: This revealed that which is risk factor obesity. promotion judicious use digital healthy habits associated may be important component obesity prevention strategies.
