Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been used for centuries to prevent and treat a variety of illnesses, its popularity is increasing worldwide. However, the clinical applications natural active components in TCM are hindered by poor solubility low bioavailability these compounds. To address issues, self-assembly nanostrategy (CSAN) being developed. Many possess properties, allowing them form nanoparticles (NPs) through various noncovalent forces. Oral decoction is widely applied in traditional Chinese medicines. The polysaccharides of promote the exposure small molecules and increase their bioavailability.
