Chirality plays an important role in the development of many pharmaceuticals, being a general property ‘handedness’; nevertheless, large number pharmaceuticals are still marketed and administered as racemates. is all around even within us; indeed, receptors enzymes chiral entities interact specific manner with drugs. Since the last century, we have witnessed development of molecular magnetism which deals with magnetic materials based on species, i.e., organic radicals and metal complexes. Among them, broadest attention was devoted to molecule-based ferro-/ferrimagnets, spin transition materials, including those exploring electron transfer, nanomagnets, such as single-molecule magnets (SMMs), qubits, stimuli-responsive materials. Their physical properties open application horizons in sensors, data storage, spintronics, quantum computation. Continuous-flow hydrogenations provide greatly improved reaction efficiency due to the efficient mass-transfer between heterogeneous catalysts and hydrogen gas. However, reported flow were limited only simple functional group transformations, development of sophisticated catalysis such as enantioselective reductive C–C bond formations remains challenging. Herein, we have developed continuous-flow cyclization 1,6-enynes using chiral supported on heteropoly acid/amine-functionalized SiO2 composites in our group. Investigations under conditions revealed that tuning structure acids amines could improve catalyst performance. A variety substrates produce products with high yields enantioselectivities optimized without leaching Rh catalyst. Mechanistic studies cause deactivation this transformation.

An automated high throughput multidimensional reaction screening platform based on an inline Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy is presented. By combining flow chemistry, machine automation and analysis, the able to screen reactions in multidimensions (residence time, monomer concentration, degree of polymerization, temperature conversion) rapidly efficiently way. Kinetic data libraries associated with precision (absolute error <4 %), reproducibility density are built ease from platform. Abstract An asymmetric enantioselective flow process is reported for the formal synthesis of a 1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroquinoline selective estrogen receptor modulator. Starting from an easily available 2‐nitrochalcone, first part comprised telescoped nitro reduction/intramolecular cyclocondensation sequence using diboronic acid as simple reductant. Subsequent transfer hydrogenation in presence immobilized phosphoric organocatalyst followed by N ‐alkylation furnished targeted chiral intermediate. The approach ensures flexibility regarding scale synthesis, whilst minimizing need intermediate purifications and ensuring environmentally benign metal‐free conditions.
