Abstract We investigated 14 antibiotic residues in 8 marketed freshwater fish species from southeast China and estimated the associated health risks to local consumers. The were determined by UPLC-MS/MS. Our findings revealed widespread distribution of quinolones (QNs), tetracyclines (TCs), chloramphenicols (CAPs) fish. Notably, average concentrations enrofloxacin ciprofloxacin reached levels as high 62.5 µg/kg wet weight (ww) 11.7 ww, respectively, detection frequencies 68.7% for 31.6% ciprofloxacin. Additionally, we detected chloramphenicol, a prohibited antibiotic, samples with frequency 0.76%. Among species, mean concentration total was highest bluntnose black bream (263.3 µg/kg), followed English perch (52.4 crucian carp (46.3 (28.6 yellowcheek (21.0 grass (15.3 bighead (3.78 mandarin (3.69 µg/kg). daily intake values these which lower than acceptable hazard indexes much less 1. We investigated fourteen antibiotics, three illegal drugs, and two toxic elements in commercially available gastropods from southeast China. The data revealed high detection frequencies (DFs) for florfenicol (61.32%), amine (47.33%), thiamphenicol (39.88%), with maximum concentrations of 1110, 2222, 136 μg/kg wet weight (ww), respectively. The quantification capability of high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) has received increasing interest from analysts. In this study, we present a method for analyzing 37 glucocorticoids in chicken muscle using UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap MS with parallel reaction monitoring (PRM). analytes were extracted acetonitrile (ACN) containing 0.1% formic acid and subjected to commercial PRiME HLB solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridge clean-up. Under optimized conditions, the separated on an analytical column subsequently detected hybrid quadrupole/Orbitrap spectrometer coupled PRM scan mode. Q-Orbitrap exhibited remarkable sensitivity, limits (LOQs) ranging 0.08 μg kg-1 7.59 kg-1. Owing to their endocrine disruption effect, the hormone levels in animal-source food and medicines need be efficiently accurately quantified by a reliable analytical method. In current study, using homonuclear decoupling heteronuclear single quantum correlation (HSQC) experiment, coupled with non-uniform sampling (NUS) that was used shorten experimental time, we developed method quantify 10 residues products. This validated following guidelines of USP–NF 2022. The application (HD) technique conventional HSQC yielded 2D spectra exhibited excellent signal separation specificity. For all tested hormones, good linearity coefficients more than 0.99 observed linear range 0.2–6 mg/0.6 mL. Satisfactory precision recoveries spiked animal samples were also obtained. Finally, applied residue determination hormones real at ug/g level.
