Antimicrobial therapy become most popular important research field at present. Coordination Polymer (CP) and/or metal-organic framework (MOF) platforms have advantages a high biocompatibility, biodegradability, non-toxicity, great antibacterial potential been widely used in treatment. This paper reviewed mechanism effect three typical MOFs (pure Ag-MOFs, hybrid Ag-containing-polymer @MOFs) silver-based coordination polymers. At same time, existing shortcomings future views are briefly discussed. The study on efficacy Ag-MOFs can provide better basis for its clinical application and, meanwhile, open up novel strategy preparation more advanced Ag-contained materials with characteristics.

The greenest environmental remediation way is the photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants.
