Antimicrobial therapy become most popular important research field at present. Coordination Polymer (CP) and/or metal-organic framework (MOF) platforms have advantages a high biocompatibility, biodegradability, non-toxicity, great antibacterial potential been widely used in treatment. This paper reviewed mechanism effect three typical MOFs (pure Ag-MOFs, hybrid Ag-containing-polymer @MOFs) silver-based coordination polymers.
