Abstract Nitro compounds are essential intermediates in numerous fine chemicals and synthesized primarily through the nitration of hydrocarbons using HNO 3 H 2 SO 4 . However, this process requires large quantities , which raises significant environmental concerns. In study, we functionalized polystyrene resin via a free radical suspension polymerization process. The ion exchange capacity was measured to be 3.67 meq g −1 Subsequently, these employed for various hydrocarbons, exhibiting excellent catalytic activity (up 100%) toward desired nitro compounds. addition, resins showed up five times recyclability without loss activity. This catalyst offers several advantages, particular, avoidance hazards associated with sulfuric acid, high activity, applicability substituted aromatic hydrocarbons.

In recent years, the copper-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions progressed rapidly with inexpensive, readily available, insensitive air, low-toxicity copper catalysts. The coupling strategy has used make N-heterocycles, wide range applications investigated excellent functional group tolerance. current review explores direct bond formation cyclization approaches fabricate triazole, tetrazole, various other derivatives that are catalyzed by magnetically retrievable (II)-impregnated silica-coated iron oxide nanocatalysts.

Abstract The SrFeO 3 nanoparticles doped with 5% and 10% Gd were synthesized using the solution combustion method. phase formation of was confirmed by powder x-ray diffraction analysis. Field emission scanning electron microscope HRTEM employed to examine morphology samples, revealing well-ordered, agglomerated nanoparticles. Energy dispersive spectroscopy analysis conducted on all confirming presence desired elements. X-ray photoelectron mixed oxidation states Fe 3+ 4+ . Magnetization studies, performed a SQUID magnetometer, showed ferromagnetic behaviour in significant increase magnetic moment observed higher doping. enhanced moments reduced coercivity Gd-doped suggest that these materials could be suitable for spintronic applications.
