A NiV-LDH/Mn 2 O 3 on NF shows exceptional OER/HER performance in 1 M KOH (298/185 mV@50 mA cm −2 ) with high stability (54/48 h). Two-electrode system using this material achieves a low voltage (1.604 V@10 and 70 h stability.

Photocatalysis, as an effective advanced oxidation process, has been widely carried out in water waste treatment, especially the degradation of organic pollutants. However, photocatalytic process is limited by high recombination rate photo-generated carriers.
