Hyperpigmentation, a dermatological concern caused by increased melanin production, affects many people worldwide. Traditional skin-brightening products target inhibition of cellular tyrosinase activity but often contain harmful toxicants. Oxyresveratrol (OXR) is robust inhibitor, its instability, poor water solubility, and low skin permeation limit use. This study aimed to overcome these challenges modifying OXR dihydrooxyresverstrol (DHO) encapsulating both compounds into nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs). The developed NLCs loaded with (OXR-NLC) DHO (DHO-NLC) achieve desirable physicochemical properties, high percentages entrapment efficiency, stability for at least three months during 4-40 ℃ storage. itself NLC formulation dramatically enhanced the photostability OXR. Additionally, formulations significantly promoted controlled release facilitated penetration through skin-like hydrophobic membrane DHO. Importantly, exhibited no cytotoxicity on human keratinocyte cells up 500 µg/mL effectively reduced melanogenesis in B16F10 cells. Our findings indicate that DHO-loaded offers promising strategy developing cosmeceutical address hyperpigmentation promote lightening.

Resveratrol and extra virgin olive oil are both recognized for their potential protective effects against age-related diseases. This overview highlights mechanisms of action, health benefits, the scientific evidence supporting roles in promoting longevity cognitive health. A literature search was conducted. Important findings related to clinical implications resveratrol EVOO were summarized. Both have complementary that may enhance anti-aging effects. promising disease-protective agents. Their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective properties contribute improved outcomes longevity. Incorporating these compounds into a balanced diet offer significant benefits aging populations, reducing risk chronic Continued research is essential fully understand optimize use settings. Future should focus on investigating synergistic when consumed together, as they each other’s bioavailability efficacy health; conducting extensive trials confirm long-term various particularly individuals; further exploring molecular pathways through which exert effects, including interactions with gut microbiota metabolic pathways.
