The combination of the Ugi reaction and electro-organic synthesis can aid in creation novel heterocycles that have not been previously explored. In this study, a new strategy utilizing bis-amides from has developed, which produce C–S, C–Se, C–C═O functionalized five-membered spirolactams mediated by electricity under catalyst- metal-free conditions. Notably, approach be applied using microelectro-flow reactor (μ-EFR) for gram-scale synthesis. described synthesize complex azaspiro-fused tricyclic scaffolds with high diastereo- regioselectivity, highlighting its versatility potential.

Studying diaryl sulfides and benzothiazoles is important in organic synthesis because numerous natural medicinal products contain these scaffolds. Over the past few years, research on of compounds containing benzothiazole-sulfide aryls, as biological molecules, has received significant attention. Multicomponent reactions are most popular strategy for performing difficult complexed molecules such aryls. In this work, CuI was successfully immobilized surface magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles modified with aniline 4-aminobenzoic acid [Fe3O4@ABA-Aniline-CuI nanocomposite] its catalytic activity investigated preparation a broad range aryls heteroaryls through one-pot three-component 2-iodoaniline carbon disulfide aryl or heteroaryl iodides presence KOAc base PEG-400 solvent. TEM SEM images revealed that shape Fe3O4@ABA-Aniline-CuI particles spherical size approximately between 12-25 nanometers.

In the research work, a novel and recoverable nanomagnetic pallidum catalyst [Fe3O4-Bis(Py-Imine)-PdCl2 ] based on immobilization of Pd surface magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles modified with picolylamine as ligand was designed fabricated. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are hybrid materials composed of both organic and inorganic elements. MOF materials, because their unique structures properties, such as controllable pore size, large surface area, excellent catalytic activity, high density active sites, applied in electrochemical sensors systems for the sensitive, quick, low-cost detection multiple analytes. The current study's objective was to develop a ZnO photocatalyst for the treatment of reactive blue 19 (RB19) from textile wastewater by depositing nanostructures over nanoporous anodized aluminum oxide (ZnO-AAO). ZnO-AAO membrane created using atomic layer deposition (ALD) technique. SEM, XRD, and EDS morphological structural characterizations demonstrated that were successfully deposited on AAO membrane. Studying optical properties revealed band gap energies ZnO, AAO, membranes found be 3.19, 2.85, 2.92 eV, respectively. This resulted in an improvement separation efficiency photo-excited electrons holes as well increase photocatalytic activity sample visible light region. electrochemical parameters had lowest charge transfer resistance, which indicates photoinduced contacts effectively have slower recombination rates. Pethidine (PTD), a synthetic opioid prescribed frequently as painkiller, was included in the WADA list of prohibited substances sports. The purpose this study is to investigate electrochemical determination PTD using modified glassy carbon electrode decorated with NiO nanoparticles and graphene oxide nanosheets (NiO-GO/GCE). NiO-GO nanocomposite created straightforward chemical reduction technique. SEM, TEM, XRD analysis structure morphology pointed nanocomposite's effective production. Results showed that NiO-GO/GCE responded sensitive, focused, stable manner relatively low detection limit value (3.8 ng/mL) wide linear range (0–500 μg/mL) compared other sensors. on appropriateness validation for determining content clinical human fluid samples illustrated good recoveries between 90.00 % 99.66 relative standard deviation less than 5.41 %, which were acceptable corroborated results sensor urine from healthy athlete volunteers.
