Research
on
synthetic
methods
for
the
preparation
of
oxazoles
is
an
important
issue
among
chemists
because
oxazole
derivatives
are
structural
subunits
various
natural
active
products
and
valuable
pharmaceutical
precursors.
In
this
research
work,
we
constructed
CuBr
supported
surface
magnetic
Fe3O4
nanoparticles
modified
with
6-(aminomethyl)nicotinic
acid
[Fe3O4@AMNA-CuBr
nanocomposite]
evaluated
its
catalytic
activity
highly
substituted
through
one-pot
three-component
reactions
diphenylacetylene
aryl
nitriles
water
in
PEG
as
solvent.
The
results
shown
that
Fe3O4@AMNA-CuBr
catalyst
was
used
8
times
without
significant
decrease
activity.
XRD
TEM
analysis
confirmed
structure
morphology
did
not
change
after
runs.

Abstract
Copper‐catalyzed
silylarylation
of
N
‐(arylsulfonyl)acrylamides
via
a
tandem
silyl
radical
addition/1,4‐aryl
migration/desulfonylation
sequence
has
been
developed.
This
method
employs
silanes
as
the
precursor
and
di‐
tert
‐butyl
peroxide
(DTBP)
initiator.
By
using
this
cascade
procedure,
series
β
‐silyl
amide‐pharmaceutical
hybrids
which
contain
an
α
‐all‐carbon
quaternary
stereocenter
were
facilely
synthesized.
Abstract
This
review
delves
into
the
innovative
field
of
interfacial
photoelectrochemical
(iPEC)
and
(PEC)
catalysis,
dynamic
synthesis
methodologies
that
seamlessly
integrates
electrochemical
photoredox
catalysis
for
efficient
environmentally
friendly
reactions.
Utilizing
minute
quantities
photocatalysts,
visible
light
becomes
a
powerful
tool,
generating
transient
excited
states
to
catalyze
spectrum
reactions
through
single‐electron
oxidation
or
reduction
events.
The
categorizes
recent
advancements,
highlighting
applications
in
organic
synthesis,
late‐stage
modifications,
distinctive
features
methodology.
Despite
being
its
early
stages,
this
synergistic
approach
holds
great
promise
propelling
forward,
with
potential
large‐scale
diverse
functionalizations,
including
asymmetric
bioconjugation
strategies
biomolecule
modifications.

We
report
a
novel
organic
photoredox
catalysis
to
achieve
unprecedented
γ-(hetero)aryl/alkenyl-δ-silyl
aliphatic
amines
via
silyl-mediated
distal
(hetero)aryl/alkenyl
migration
of
aromatic/alkenyl
bearing
unactivated
alkenes
with
hydrosilanes.
This
protocol
features
mild
and
metal-free
reaction
conditions,
high
atom
economy,
excellent
selectivity,
functional
group
compatibility.
Mechanistic
studies
suggest
that
silylation
(hetero)aryl/alkenylation
involve
hydrogen
transfer
subsequent
1,4-migration
remote
from
nitrogen
carbon.

and
phosphoryl
radicals
from
formamides,
aldehydes,

(PQ)
as

(HAT)
reagent,
eliminating
requirement

AbstractThe
synthesis

compounds

chemists.
Pyranopyrazoles
are
an
class
that
a

source
biologically

These

Comprehensive
Summary
Although,
great
achievements
have
been
made
in
the
synthesis
of
heterocycles
using
radical
addition/cyclization
strategy,
developing
versatile
alkyl
precursors,
especially
non‐stabilized
long
chain
radicals
for
this
strategy
still
remains
a
huge
challenge.
Herein,
we
report
an
efficient
annulation
cascade
reaction
between
cyclosulfonium
salts
and
alkenes
sulfur‐containing
N
‐heterocycles
by
visible
light/copper
catalysis
under
mild
conditions.
The
C—S
bond
cleavage/radical
delivers
variety
corresponding
containing
aryl
thioether
motifs
with
good
functional
group
tolerance.
Significantly,
current
system
could
be
used
late‐stage
functionalization
complex
bioactive
molecules.

An
efficient
Rh(III)-catalyzed
C-H
activation
of
azobenzenes
and
subsequent
[4+1]
cascade
annulation
with
CF3-imidoyl
sulfoxonium

was
developed,
yielding
diverse
CF3-indazoles.
This
