Abstract Natural products obtained from medicinal and aromatic plants are increasingly recognized as promising anticancer agents due to their structural richness, including terpene flavonoid molecules, which induce apoptosis modulate gene expression. These compounds offer an alternative conventional treatments, often costly, face challenges such multidrug resistance. This review aims provide a approach effectively control cancer by consolidating significant findings in identifying natural agent development plants. It synthesizes the of comprehensive search academic databases, PubMed Springer, prioritizing articles published peer-reviewed journals that address bioprospecting agents. The addresses activities plant extracts essential oils, were selected for relevance chemoprevention chemotherapy. Compounds successfully used therapy include Docetaxel (an antimitotic agent), Etoposide VP-16 topoisomerase II inhibitor), Topotecan (a I Thymoquinone Reactive Oxygen Species-ROS inducer), Phenethyl isothiocyanate (with multiple mechanisms). highlights Hinokitiol, Mahanine, Hesperetin, Borneol, Carvacrol, Eugenol, Epigallocatechin gallate, Capsaicin demonstrated efficacy against types, breast, cervical, gastric, colorectal, pancreatic, lung, prostate, skin cancer. Breast cancer is one of the major health concerns worldwide. Approximately 2.26 million cases this disease were reported globally in 2020, making it most dangerous type cancer. In previous studies, they linked ifosfamide with clove oil based on a nanoemulsion and studied its cytotoxicity. Our research integrating phenol compound characterized by insolubility water, which limits biological uses, considered an antioxidant, that contains high percentage antioxidants eugenol. By combining two system, we successfully prepared confirming composition using FTSEM, FTIR, UV tests. From perspective, surfaces can effectively absorb droplets to achieve more efficient activities. We then calculated encapsulation efficiency, was very high. Subsequently, different concentrations used MTT method test effect human breast cell lines verified cytotoxicity survival rates for each concentration. extracted IC50 value found phenolic killed cells increase
