The groundwater (GW) of Bangladesh is predominantly contaminated with arsenic (As) and iron (Fe) which has a bad impact on human health. We tried to remove these elements easily available mahogany-fruit (Swietenia mahagoni) husk charcoal (MHC) banana (Musa acuminata) peduncle (BPC). trial was implemented 3 replications throughout the research. sampled GW contained 0.06 mg As L-1 4.83 Fe L-1. Nostoc sp. is a cyanobacterium identified in several localities of Ecuador, and it exhibits significant potential the pharmaceutical, food, environmental sectors, which urges exploration its possible applications country. Light is a critical factor influencing algal growth and contributes to the uptake of metal elements by algae. However, impact light on bioavailability transformation heavy metals requires further exploration, particularly in context bioremediation efforts. This study explores how varying intensities (1000, 2000, 3000 lux) influence ability these algae absorb Cd, distribute it within cells, transform Cd (II) into CdS NPs. By using ICP-MS, was found that increasing intensity 2000 lux could increase capacity Dunaliella salina Phaeodactylum tricornutum 28 % 14 %, respectively.
