Lewis acid–base adducts between potassium bis(trimethylsilyl)pnictogenides [KPn(SiMe3)2](Pn = Sb and Bi) trimethyltriels (EMe3 (E Al, Ga, In) were synthesized crystallized using 18-crown-6 as ligand for the ions. In course of these investigations, we able to fully characterize a row compounds type [K(18c6)(thf)0–2][Pn(SiMe3)2(EMe3)n] (n 1, 2) with different amount acids bonding group 15 element. Moreover, investigated influence steric demand through use GaEt3 GatBu3. All isolated examined by NMR spectroscopy, IR elemental analysis X-ray structure analysis. The obtained negatively charged [Pn(SiMe3)2]− fragments represent new class compounds, which illustrate HSAB concept show extents inert pair effect antimony bismuth. particular, dative bonds higher homologues both main groups have so far been underdeveloped in research.
