occurring
compound
with
potent
antioxidant
properties
that
helps
protect
cells
and
tissues
from
oxidative
stress.
Its
incorporation
into
nanoplatforms
can
affect
factors
like
bioavailability,
stability,
reactivity,
targeted
delivery.
Nanoformulations
of
significantly
enhance
its
solubility
absorption,
making
it
more
bioavailable.
While
be
prone
to
degradation
in
free
form,
encapsulation
within
nanoparticles
ensures
stability
over
time,
release
controlled
sustained
manner
the
cells.
In
addition,

other
compounds,

as
antioxidants,
drugs,

nanomaterials,

polymerization

ambient
conditions,
p(Elp-TA)+PVP
could
build
up
strong

shear
strength

in
air
an
underwater

plate.
Molecular
dynamics
simulations
show
that
compared
p(Elp-TA),
presence
appropriate
amount
PVP
can
significantly
enhance
binding
energy
molecules
metal
substrate,
adhesion

achieved

synergistically
dynamic

enhanced
by
hydrogen
bonding,

Periodontitis
is

Abstract
Cisplatin‐induced
ototoxicity
is
attributed
to
the
aberrant
accumulation
of
reactive
oxygen
species
(ROS)
within
inner
ear.
Antioxidants
represented
by
α‐lipoic
acid
(ALA)
have
been
demonstrated
scavenge
ROS
in
cochlea,
while
effective
delivery
these
agents
vivo
remains
a
major
challenge.
Here,
novel
polydopamine
(PDA)
nanogel
decorated
adhesive
and
responsive
hierarchical
microcarriers
for
controllable
presented
ALA
deafness
prevention.
As
composite
exhibit
excellent
bioadhesion
capabilities,
this
can
result
prolonged
retention
time
allow
precise
under
light
stimulation,
which
significantly
enhances
therapeutic
efficacy
ALA.
Based
on
features,
both
vitro
experiments
are
that
combined
with
near‐infrared
irradiation
effectively
attenuate
cisplatin‐induced
ototoxicity.

findings
suggest
viable

Abstract
Soft
ionic
elastomers
have
attracted
considerable
research
interest
in
mimicking
the
multiple
functions
of
human
skin.
However,
these
struggle
to
simultaneously
achieve
controllable
ion
dynamics
and
other
essential
performance,
such
as
self‐healing
ability
appropriate
mechanical
robustness.
Herein,
bioinspired
by
Piezo
proteins
integrins
skin,
thioctic
acid
(TA)‐derived
with
skin‐like
piezo‐ionic
are
fabricated
via
a
multi‐confined
interaction
network.
This
bionic
network
is
constructed
introducing
diene
comonomer
lithium
salt
filler
into
polysulfides
(poly
(TA)),
generating
many
dynamic
interactions
(various
hydrogen
bonds
bonds).
These
can
bind
ions
be
destroyed
under
external
pressure
stimulation,
achieving
pumping
behavior.
