Despite decade-long efforts, real-time demand-responsive transport (DRT) services are still struggling to be a part of sustainable urban mobility systems. Among various approaches understand the changing nature DRT service, longitudinal perspective has been found very effective. This study presents case an pilot operated by Viavan in Helsinki Capital Region, Finland. Research develops and implements framework for analysis, while drawing from multi-level (MLP) on sustainability transitions. trip data is used service trajectory longitudinally over specific phases, delineated through key changes design. In addition, uses three-level analysis parameters, provide in-depth studying inter-phase intra-phase changes. Case approach also provides comprehensive area background implementation context support analysis. Results shows complementary role fixed public points out certain challenges efficient coordination. towards set regime factors that should considered further understanding trajectory. practice, special emphasis paid developing ecosystem managerial practices. Future studies develop additional frameworks, indicators methods transitions theory, trajectories time.
