Understanding the current challenges addressed in goals of 2030 United Nations Agenda can influence career choices, encouraging individuals to pursue careers that contribute positively addressing them. This study examines association between propensity consider Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) relation future educational and paths, courage, proactive behaviors life satisfaction, mediating role courage on SDGs paths satisfaction. The sample consisted 314 Italian university students. serial multiple mediation model was used examine direct, indirect, total effects. results showed through behaviors, has a positive impact findings this have led several actionable policy recommendations. These advocate for integration activities related modules into their curricula. In addition, practical implications guidance interventions are proposed planning.

The social culture, gender stereotypes, and status of nursing in China impact the professional commitment male students. This research aimed to assess how affected analyze potential factors that might affect their commitment. A descriptive comparative study was conducted. involved total 368 from five 4-year universities Henan Province, 190 were included before (October November 2019) 178 after (April May 2023). data, such as sociodemographic characteristics two samples, collected using paper-and-pencil questionnaire. instruments used Professional Commitment Scale, Multidimensional Scale Perceived Social Support General Self-efficacy Scale. data analysis employed χ2-tests, t-tests hierarchical regression models. proportion Chinese who are interested do not intend leave major increased (65.17% vs. 29.47%, 61.80% 39.47%, respectively). Background: Research on the relationship between stress, professional commitment, and resilience among nursing students is lacking. Purpose: To examine mediating effect of stress commitment during their fundamental practicum. Methods: A cross-sectional design was used. Nursing who were aged 17 to 20 years had completed practicum within 1 week recruited.
