In
a
quest
to
illuminate
Kazakhstan’s
economic
horizon
within
sustainable
context,
this
study
delved
into
the
complex
interplay
of
tech
innovation,
investment
in
infrastructure,
and
natural
resource
management.
The
assesses
potential
for
green
economy
development
by
introducing
adoption
practices
as
mediator
corporate
social
responsibility
moderator
examined
relationships.
We
employed
cluster
sampling
technique,
focusing
on
government
sector
employees
Kazakhstan.

stemmed
from
its
pivotal
role
shaping
national
policies.
A
time-lagged
approach
was
incorporated,
collecting
data
at
two
distinct
time
points
capture
dynamic
evolution
initiatives
over
time.
As
unfolded,

development.
This

we
found,
further
augmented
moderating

our
findings

ABSTRACT
The
tourism
industry
has
experienced
significant
turbulence
over
the
past
two
decades,
characterized
by
dramatic
advancements
and
formidable
challenges.
One
notable
development
been
application
of
Industry
4.0
technologies
to
various
areas
supply
chain.
This
review
employs
bibliometric
method
identify
research
evolution
in
chain
domains.
findings
based
on
clusters
streams
indicate
that,
before
4.0,
literature
predominantly
focused
fundamental
such
as
IT,
ICT,
Internet,
RFID.
After
its
introduction
2011,
began
incorporating
some
forms
advanced
technologies,
albeit
limited
ways.
However,

outbreak
COVID‐19,

more
widespread,
emerging
a
primary
theme.
Throughout

sustainability
consistent
interest,
with
belief
that
technological
applications
could
enhance

Purpose
This
study
aims
to
identify
the
factors
influencing
blockchain
adoption
and
assess
its
impact
on
financial
market
performance
of
small
medium-sized
enterprises
(SMEs)
in
Oman,
utilizing
Technology–Organization–Environment
(TOE)
framework.
Design/methodology/approach
The

explanatory

from
282
SME
owners
managers/employees
using
a
convenience
sampling
method.

construct
validity
reliability,
Partial
Least
Squares
with
Structural
Equation
Modelling
was
used

proposed
model

Findings
results
indicate
that
all
determinants,
including
Cost
Concerns,
Top
Management
Support,
Relative
Advantage,
Technology
Compatibility,
Security
Concerns
Technological
Readiness
are
significant
load-on
drivers
for
adoption.
However,

Policy
Vendor
Support
were
deemed
insignificant
contributors
Moreover,
has
favourable
effect

Practical
implications

Abstract
There
is
a
paradigm
shift
occurring
in
organizations
towards
sustainable
production
through
cleaner
strategies.
This
concept
has
been
proven
to
be
cost-effective,
result-oriented,
environment-savvy
and
provides
the
cutting
edge
over
their
counterparts.
However,
there
lack
of
awareness
about
practices

while
current
study
analyzed
one
most
important
factories
for

study,
researchers

an
exploratory
research
approach.
For
questionnaire
was
designed,
validated
distributed
randomly

700

respondents
