With rising concerns about environmental sustainability, examining the economic-environmental nexus is essential. This study investigates relationship between economic growth (GDP), renewable energy consumption (RENC), urbanization (URB), and foreign direct investment (FDI) with Norway’s ecological footprint from 1990 to 2023. Guided by Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) hypothesis, we aim understand how these factors influence impact over time. Using an Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model, captures both short- long-term effects of variables on footprint, model stability confirmed through Cumulative Sum Squares (CUSUM) test. The findings reveal a U-shaped EKC pattern, where initial reduces but beyond certain GDP threshold, pressures increase. Renewable shown lower significantly, supporting sustainability goals. Conversely, FDI associated increased impact, potentially due resource-intensive projects. These insights underscore need for balanced policies that harmonize development preservation. Policymakers are encouraged foster green FDI, prioritize investments, implement sustainable urban planning maintain trajectory toward sustainability.

The degradation of the environment in China is accelerating along with economic expansion. Adoption renewable energy technologies (RETs) crucial for reducing adverse impacts growth on and fostering sustainable development. Many existing studies on the digitalization of energy sector often overlook intertwined roles human capital and advanced information communication technologies (ICTs) in driving transition to renewable sources (RES). This paper addresses this gap by quantitatively analyzing impact investments innovation digital competitiveness companies, with a particular focus Russian sector. Employing combination bibliographical network literature analysis, along an ordinal regression model, research analyzes data 820 managers from companies collected via online surveys between June December 2023. The study finds that one-point increase investment scores leads significant improvement company's capabilities adaptation, which is critical for leveraging technologies. Moreover, results underscore necessity state interventions bolster thereby enhancing sustainable economic development aligned SDGs Agenda 2030. This paper presents a thorough examination of methane capture from Polish coal mines, contextualized within the framework European Union’s (EU) climate policy objectives. Through strategic analysis encompassing interior surrounding environment, and macro this study elucidates complex dynamics involved in emissions initiatives. Bu çalışmanın konusu sürdürülebilir kalkınma ve enerji politikaları arasındaki ilişkinin küreselden yerele yansımalarıdır. Çalışma küresel hedeflerin başarılmasında bölgesel yerel düzeydeki politikaların önemli olduğu kabulüne dayanmaktadır. Enerji geçişi literatüründe işaret edilen yaklaşımların eksikliğine yönelik boşluğa Türkiye örneği ile katkı yapmayı amaçlamaktadır. bağlamda, Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedef 7: Erişilebilir Temiz (SKH 7) hedefinin TR33 2024-2028 Bölge Planı’na yansıması analiz edilmektedir. Bölgesi (Afyonkarahisar, Uşak, Kütahya Manisa) sahip geçiş potansiyeli inceleme birimi olarak seçilmiştir. Nitel yöntemle tasarlanan bu araştırmada Maxqda programı aracılığıyla içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmada Bölgesel Planı’nın SKH 7 uyumlu olup olmadığı sorusuna yanıt aranmış kapsamdaki boşluklar tespit edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda Plan’ın SKH7 uyumunun dengesiz belirlenmiştir. Özellikle temiz pişirme ısınma kaynaklarına erişim uluslararası iş birliği konularında tedbirlerin yetersiz olduğu, öncelik verilen hedeflerde sanayi sektörünün merkeze alındığı sektörler arasında denge kurulmadığı Yenilenebilir kaynaklar verimliliğe önlemlerin özel sektör odaklı görülmüş, 7’yi kapsayıcı değil, seçici bir yaklaşımla ele aldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract Using network theory and data analysis, we study the messages on Twitter (X) about ecological sustainability over period 2007-2022. With a global view of 70,311,541 examined sentiment, keywords hashtags utilised, as well correlations between sentiment both socioeconomic environmental variables. In addition to above, carried out an in-depth analysis interactions (retweets, replies quotes), with special focus community (CNET) (with 4576 supernodes, 9855 links). The shown in text tweets was positive years all analysed locations, although close neutral. Keyword detected terms present posted from various regions, showing thinking world. relationships variables were continent- country-specific, identifying stronger correlation attributes. Regarding CNET, according performed using adjacency laplacian embeddings, Chebyshev, Euclidean, Minkowski, Manhattan distances, pairs unconnected supernodes appeared have more similarity their connection patterns than connected due topological structure CNET which has large number peripheral nodes that are not each other, but higher centrality. agreement Jaccard coefficient, resource allocation index, Adamic Adar preferential attachment score, there is little possibility link formation supernodes.
