In transitioning to Industry 5.0, vocational education often emphasizes hard skills, neglecting the crucial balance with soft especially interpersonal essential for this era. This oversight may impair workforce effectiveness and economic competitiveness. study explores teachers' students' perceptions regarding integration of skills into curriculum, using a qualitative case approach. A survey involving 42 teachers 73 students, followed by semi-structured interviews 8 9 students from various Indonesian provinces, was conducted. Thematic analysis highlighted four key themes: effective instructional strategies, learning challenges, need comprehensive support systems. Findings revealed significant gap in incorporating education, underscoring urgency evolve include new skills. Challenges identified enhanced awareness, literacy, readiness, motivation among educators learners. The emphasized importance systems, including peers, family, institutional backing, nurturing these research highlights critical recalibrate its focus towards balanced development meet 5.0's demands. It advocates reevaluating educational strategies embed effectively calls stronger mechanisms facilitate holistic student development. These insights aim guide policymakers institutions refining curricula teaching approaches, preparing future societal landscapes.

This research aims to measure the influence of green technology competencies (GTC), sociocultural norms (SCN), and perceived long-term benefits (PB) on use behavior (UB) in vocational education learning. In addition, mediating role PB is also tested bridge indirect GTC SCN UB. Industrial work practice is an essential program in vocational education. This study aims to analyze the level of capability students who carry out practices large and small industries Vocational Schools. In addition, it also measures difference industries. uses a quantitative approach according design developed by Hoy Adam. A total 230 respondents came from public private schools Karanganyar, Central Java, Indonesia. The data was collected using Likert scale questionnaire with lowest score 1 highest 4. were analyzed descriptive statistics inferential one-way analysis variance (ANOVA). Results industrial obtained 31.29 – 58.69 "High" category, 31.23 59.47 category. Although are high there still significant differences between methodology social personal capabilities. Meanwhile, learning capabilities technical have no difference. Students must be aware maximizing because instrumental supporting careers after graduating.
