Drawing from servant leadership, organizational support, and conservation of resources theories, our paper tests a sequential model green management innovation (GMI). Building on theories of social exchange, identity, learning, and organizational support, this study examines the impact green inclusive leadership (GIL) employees' behaviors in hotel industry. These were innovative work behavior (GIWB), service recovery performance, knowledge sharing behavior. Among links proposed, perceived support (GOS) was employed as a mediating variable. Data collected from 436 direct supervisors employee dyads. Using structural equation modelling, results suggest that GIL predicted GIWB, Furthermore, GOS found to mediate proposed relationships. Finally, implications for theory practice are discussed study.

Abstract Green human resource management (GHRM) is an important organisational approach to promote the sustainable development of organisations. Although literature regarding effect GHRM growing, little known about mechanisms and boundary conditions that may facilitate link between green outcomes. Through a combined underpinning ability–motivation–opportunity, job demands–resources social exchange theories, this study examines relationship creativity through work engagement, with spiritual leadership moderating GHRM–green engagement relationship. Also, we explore links GHRM, leadership, using moderated mediation model. Using survey data 271 front‐line hotel employees in UAE, use partial least squares structural equation modelling conduct our statistical analysis. The results show positively influences creativity, while mediates nexus. In addition, amplifies nexus mediating context hospitality sector UAE. Our offers industry‐specific practical implications suggests agendas for further research.

Drawing on social learning and information processing theories, this study proposes tests a model of the association green-inclusive leadership pro-environmental behaviors (task-related behavior (PEB) organizational citizenship for environment) through climate green initiative. Using data collected in two waves from 254 employees working hospitality industry (restaurants) utilizing structural equation modeling, our results suggest that is promising style encouraging task-related PEB environment (OCBE). The also initiative an effective underlying mechanism between leadership-pro-environmental linkages. Our novel associations proposed tested were not investigated before. Furthermore, research first its kind to introduce management practices. Discussion, implications limitations are presented.

Globally, organizational espousal of green and sustainable operations has been critically facilitated by human resource management (GHRM) initiatives, especially in the tourism hospitality sector. This research is an effort to examine nuances employees' responses GHRM contribute this field examining how narcissism, individual trait boundary condition, influences GHRM's relationship with (voluntary task-related practices) non-green outcomes (task performance job satisfaction). Our hypotheses, grounded social identity activation theories, were tested data obtained through a time-lagged two-wave survey 219 UK-based hotel employees via Prolific Academic platform. Analysis revealed significant associations between all employee outcomes. Narcissism was shown have moderating effect on both performance) behaviors. results imply important understandings for advancement theoretical knowledge practical implementation GHRM.

Abstract This study reviews green human resource management (GHRM) via bibliometric analysis of extant literature in the field business and management. We used bibliometric, R Studio program for descriptive network analysis, to analyze 595 documents from Web Science Scopus data. This meta-analysis of 138 effect sizes from 75 studies examines the green human resource management (GHRM) practices on organisations' economic performance (ECP). The study also considers mediating role environmental (EP) and supply chain (GSCM) in relationship between GHRM ECP, including contextual methodological moderators. results demonstrate that is positively related to ECP both directly indirectly through EP GSCM. Despite significant business-related research publications, extant studies are yet to show how well business directly maps 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our study uses a qual-quant approach combining the PRISMA framework, performance analysis, and content analysis find answers this gap. Using Australia Business Deans Council list of 2500+ journals as proxy for during 2016–2022, our shows that only about 25% is mapping SDGs with SDG 3 (Good Health Well Being) 7 (Affordable Clean Energy) being most mapped. The cited Journal Cleaner Production, Applied Energy, European Public, which largely focus on 7, 13 (Climate Action), 3. Top authors their mainly 13, 12 (Responsible Consumption Production), few publications dedicated 1 (No Poverty), 8 (Decent Work Economic Growth), 5 (Gender Equality). Organizational Sustainability is an increasingly important movement in the business world because of its social impact and also for obligations imposed by state agendas programs global entities, such as United Nations. At forefront a Human Resources function, given boundary activities with several critical internal external stakeholders. The term Green Resource Management (GHRM) has been used to describe people management focus on green issues. main objective this research was explore relationship between personal values associated sustainable behaviors (altruistic, biospheric, egoistic, hedonic values), organizational outcomes engagement commitment, GHRM. A questionnaire prepared collect 532 responses from employees various organizations. Results show that four only biospheric one moderates GHRM practices affective commitment so HRM stronger when score higher. This finding, it shows value biosphere, effect work than other matters.
