Common psycho-physical symptoms have emerged in patients who were previously recovered for COVID-19 infection, including traumatic experience and enduring emotional disturbances. A group psycho-educational intervention of seven weekly sessions a follow-up after three months was proposed to all Italian-speaking formally discharged from public hospital northern Italy physically infection. New parenthood in ordinary times can be a sensitive and unpredictable time. The Covid-19 pandemic brought additional, unprecedented changes to policy practice that drastically impacted on the experiences of parents. The COVID-19 pandemic was, and continues to be, uniquely experienced by women in the perinatal period their families. Mixed methods used. Participants requested complete an online survey including State-Trait Anxiety Inventory short form (STAI-6), followed invitation participate focus group discussions (FGDs). From September November 2021, 88 parents completed (mean age 33.5 years, 60% born 58% primiparous). Twenty-two participated FGDs.
