Abstract
As

properties,
which

Nitrite
is
an
important
chemical
intermediate
in
the
nitrogen
cycle

ubiquitously

Anthropogenic
eutrophication
is
a
worldwide
problem,
which
easily
induced
by
excessive
nutrients
of
nitrogen
(N)
and
phosphorus
(P).
In
order
to
treat
the
simulated
water
(N
10
mg/L,
P
0.5
mg/L),
ex
situ
processes
microalgal–bacterial
granular
sludge
(MBGS)
technology
normal
aerobic
(AGS)
were
introduced
compared
in
present
study,
using
four
parallel
operated
sequencing
batch
reactors
(two
for
MBGS
with
illumination
two
AGS
without
illumination).
Results
showed
that
during
200
days
cultivation,
removal
total
inorganic
(TIN)
(TP)
could
both
reach
>80%
MBGS,
while
ended

removing
only
18.5–23.3%

Petroleum
hydrocarbon
contamination
has
emerged
as
a
significant
global
environmental
issue,
severely
impacting
soil
microbial
communities
and
their
functions.

sequencing
