Abstract
The
green
regeneration
of
urban
inventory
is
now
much
more
viewed
as
a
strategy
to
create
“green
finance”,
in
contrast
the
renewal
movement
that
was
started
1950s
and
focused
on
physical
renovation
built
environment.
This
study
draws
evidence-based
theory
examine
spatial
forms
residential
communities
36
districts
China.
From
morphological
perspective,
it
summarizes
environments
at
level
buildings
microdistricts.

indicate

Abstract
Since
2014,
numerous
people
on
the
move
have
been
accused
of
migrant
smuggling
in
Italian
courts
for
steering
makeshift
vessels
or
assisting
navigation
across
Mediterranean
Sea.
This
is
case
regardless
fact
that
such
behaviour
was
result
coercion
threats.
In
this
contribution,
drawing
upon
extensive
empirical
research
and
following
a
socio‐legal
paradigm,
I
first
explore
criminalization
relation
to
charges
years
so‐called
2014–2015
refugee
crisis
discuss
impact
their
rights.
Second,
tackle
issue
from
policy
perspective,
considering
three
potential
EU/national
reforms
ways
which
they
could
successfully
address
an
existing
problem.
