Introduction Children in institutional care may have limited access to educational opportunities compared children parental care. Improving and enriching the practices of these is important for their well-being. In this study, Child Development, Communication Care (3C) Training Program was prepared by researchers. The 3C education approach emphasizes early childhood development education. Particular focus on use communication techniques young children. Our goal with increase caregivers’ knowledge child support them communicate effectively Through curriculum framework, are encouraged interact empathically others. Therefore, framework understanding emotions building trusting relationships as key components holistic disadvantaged Methods A quasi-experimental design pre-test-post-control group used study. 16 sessions were applied personnel experimental via distance Data collected from participants before after start training program using Education Competence Scale-Parent Form, Personal Information Evaluation Questionnaire. Results As a result, significant differences obtained between control groups favor receiving (z = 3.57, p<0.05). Accordingly, it can be said that contributes child. Youth in residential care typically experience significant losses during their childhood, which often result grief. The presence of supportive adults who acknowledge these has been found to be a protective factor for youth care. Residential workers consistently interact with the children they support; thus, have unique opportunity address children's and associated This project uses mixed methods design explore how conceptualize account grief loss.
