Abstract Crowdfunding has emerged as a transformative alternative to traditional innovation financing. Limitations of conventional funding sources have led increased interest in financing mechanisms. Crowdfunding, leveraging online platforms, democratized access capital, enabling entrepreneurs develop products and services that align with broader population needs. This paper surveys the literature, demonstrating how crowdfunding platforms opened doors capital for who might otherwise found it challenging secure through established channels. While crowdfunding's impact on is multifaceted contingent factors like type, entrepreneur quality, regulatory frameworks, its growth trajectory remains robust, solidifying significance source entrepreneurial finance. This study examines the transmission of infectious diseases through historical studies, focusing on colonialization, slave trade, religion spread, and transcontinental island trade. Emerging like leprosy, Black Death, syphilis, malaria, Spanish flu, COVID-19 have become significant contributors to global health crises. The uses four stages: heuristics, critique, interpretation, historiography. Unexploited creative employees’ potential and country of origin (COO) effects are vital for organizational performance. HR analytics has emerged as a critical tool in HRM, shifting the focus from intuition to data-driven decision-making based on COO effect. This study examined impact determinants employee attitudes towards Analytics (technological readiness, competitive pressure, organization preparedness) career growth level with service sector. investigates mediational role between antecedents, growth, analytics.
