BACKGROUND Cancer in the bladder, kidney, and prostate are three primary genitourinary cancers that contributed to global burden of disease (GBD) were reported with still increased morbidity mortality both globally mainland China. Background: Physical inactivity among older adults persists as one of the global burdens. Older adults' physical activity (PA) levels decline simultaneously with age, causing health problems and poor outcomes. Immersive interventions, such mixed reality virtual coaches, are gaining potential to provide innovative solutions prevent adults. However, an in-depth understanding experience in using virtual-coach-driven exercise programs remains unexplored. Purpose: This study explored experiences community-dwelling a program. This study investigates the factors influencing older consumers’ word of mouth and intention to use meal planner applications, given that 57% Malaysians aged 60 above are active Internet users. Purpose As climate change disproportionately affects vulnerable populations, ensuring thermal comfort for older adults is magnified in tropical senior living environments. This study explores the lived experiences of adults' facilities a and how these impact their overall well-being. Design/methodology/approach Employing Moustakas' transcendental phenomenology Modified Stevick-Colaizzi-Keen method, this investigated through semi-structured interviews with 28 participants six urban Malaysia. Findings Four primary themes emerged: fabric function; atmospheric conditions dynamics; dynamics environmental comfort; temperature tensions stress, sound, sensitivity. Our findings underscore importance considering multisensory multi-faceted nature adults, sensory aspects, early life experiences, cultural practices, personal preferences, particularly climates. Studying aging now requires going beyond the bio-psycho-social model and incorporating a broader multidisciplinary view capable of capturing ultimate complexity being human that is expressed as individuals age.
