The general purpose of the research is to configure a pedagogical model for integration ICT teaching practices official educational institutions in rural area Monteria. epistemic structuralism and structural analysis method were assumed, with type ethnographic field design, collect information semi-structured interview, focus group documentary applied. key participants 50 teachers working other sector. results this have revealed that technological infrastructure these areas still limited, which represents significant challenge successful implementation ICT. This suggests need investments improving connectivity availability devices
