Introduction: The study examines the role of information technology as a fundamental discipline in training industrial maintenance workers. Introduction: Academic stress is a common problem in medical students, affecting their well-being and performance. This study analyzed its level causal factors.Methods: A quantitative, descriptive cross-sectional was carried out on 472 students. questionnaire stressors physical, psychological behavioral reactions applied. The data were with statistics SPSS.Results: overload (68.2%), constant evaluations (61.5%) competition among peers (55.7%) the main factors. Among physical manifestations, 72.4% reported fatigue 64.1% sleep disturbances. Introduction: the National Health System (SNS) aspires for professional practice to be developed on basis of specialized training.Objective: design a system actions that contributes improvement training second degree specialists in Family Medicine, province Guantánamo, from January December 2025.
