This study aims to examine the relationships between healthcare organizations’ sustainability performance and 1) green practices, 2) organizational culture, 3) quality management practices. We proposed a conceptual model of formulated three hypotheses. Purpose Since the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, many restaurants and catering businesses have introduced or improved online food ordering delivery services (OFODSs). This study aims to identify service quality expectations about OFODSs, examine their content suggest management strategies meet these expectations. Design/methodology/approach Adopting a qualitative method, four focus groups were conducted amongst Italian users OFODSs. Findings The results reveal three dimensions expectations, each comprising two categories that can be set along continuum: (1) basicness (ranging from implicit explicit), (2) accuracy fuzzy precise) (3) attainability realistic unrealistic). Content may refer technical, social, economic, legal technological aspects. To customer following are suggested: reassurance, flexibility, continuous improvement, education, adaptation customers' requirements monitoring exceptions. The global COVID-19 pandemic initially devastated the economy, particularly impacting tourism and service sectors, along with causing supply chain shortages. Even wine industry, vital for U.S. sector, faced significant strain. While California’s industry suffered severely, it began rebounding in 2022 is expected to continue recovering after 2024. Our research aims understand if pandemic-induced economic disruptions, coupled shifting work vacation trends, aided country’s recovery local entrepreneurship efforts through case studies of counties Northern California. Contrary expectations, all three northern California experienced population declines by 2024, undermining notion country status mitigating loss. Despite this, exhibited robust growth domestic visitors, rebound percentages ranging from 13% over 100%, indicating a rapid recovery. For instance, Sonoma County surpassed Napa overall spending 2023, Mendocino also showing signs recovery, nearing pre-pandemic levels 2023. We acknowledge context-bound nature our study research.
