on
combat
sports
performance,
researchers
are
actively
seeking
a
more
efficient
supplement
for
use

sports.

Hence,
we
undertook
systematic
review
and
Bayesian
network
meta-analysis
to
discern
most
effective
by
synthesizing
available
evidence.
