Abstract Cancers of the digestive tract are a series diseases that seriously affects health and life quality population worldwide, etiology is closely related to various daily habits. Drinking water human activity, but intrinsic connection between intake gastrointestinal (GI) cancers still unclear. We used two‐sample mendelian randomization (TSMR) method explore potential causal relationship consumption GI cancers. obtained integrated GWAS data (ukb‐b‐14 898), as well results oral cavity cancer (ieu‐b‐4961), esophageal (ebi‐a‐GCST90018841), gastric (ebi‐a‐GCST90018849), liver (ieu‐b‐4953), hepatic bile duct (ebi‐a‐GCST90018803), pancreatic (ebi‐a‐GCST90018893) colorectal (ebi‐a‐GCST90018588) through online database “IEU OPEN PROJECT”. Using inverse variance weighting (IVW) method, weighted median MR Egger regression simple model jointly study Mendelian analysis showed negative correlation (weighted media, OR = 0.215, p .021; Egger, 0.033, .040; mode, 0.162, .045), positively association with (IVW, 2.663, .033). There positive cancer, not statistically significant. The associations remain uncertain. Therefore, Increased amount drinking may help prevent incidence might promote development cancer.

Research and development in the field of micro/nano-robots have made significant progress past, especially clinical medicine, where further research may lead to many revolutionary achievements. Through experiment microrobots, a controllable drug delivery system will be realized, which solve problems treatment. In this work, we design study ability magnetic-driven hydrogel microrobots carry Lycorine hydrochloride (LH) inhibit colorectal cancer (CRC) cells. We successfully designed magnetic driven, biocompatible carrying microsphere robot with Fe 3 O 4 particles inside, can achieve response, confirmed that it transport through fluorescence microscope. demonstrated motion mode driven by rotating external field. This driving method allows move precise manner, providing tremendous potential for their use various applications. Finally, selected LH loaded into microrobot series experiments. significantly inhibited CRC cells proliferation dose- time-dependent manner. proliferation, mobility induced apoptosis. improve therapeutic effect drugs on tumors.
