Since

Abstract:
Diabetic
nephropathy
(DN)
is
one
of

common
microvascular
complications
in
diabetes
and
can
potentially
develop
into
end-stage
renal
disease.
Its
pathogenesis
complex

fully
understood.
Podocytes,
glomerular
endothelial
cells
(GECs),
mesangial
(GMCs)

epithelial

play

roles

Although
our
understanding

to
DN
has
substantially
improved,
we
still
need
find

Recently,
